First of all, you need to send us a copy of the carnet of your pets.Bronchitis Vaccine, Mixed Vaccine, Rabies Vaccine, Internal-external parasite drug should be given for min. 3 months before coming to our hotel for your holiday.

When you staying at our hotel you will have to confirm that your pets have toilet training, will not make noise, will not be aggressive, will not hurt the goods, otherwise you will have to charge for compansations.
